What do we do if someone who attended in person worship tests positive for Covid-19?

If Pastor Rebecca tests positive…

  • In-person worship will be canceled for the following Sunday.

  • The office will e-mail the prayer chain.

  • Session will call members without e-mail access.

If a member of the congregation tests positive…


  • Session will determine if it is safe to meet for in-person worship the following Sunday.

  • The office will e-mail the prayer chain.

  • Session will call members without e-mail access.

If a member of the staff tests positive…

  • The church will pay the staff their regular salary to stay home during their contagion period.



  • Session will determine if it is safe to meet for in-person worship the following Sunday.

  • The office will e-mail the prayer chain.

  • Session will call members without e-mail access.

Friendly reminders:


  • Please continue to wear your mask (covering your mouth and your nose) when you’re in the church building.

  • Please continue to sit six feet apart in the sanctuary.

  • If you are feeling unwell (even if you don’t have Covid symptoms) please stay home until you are feeling better.

  • If you had direct contact (unmasked, longer than 15 minutes) with someone who tested positive for Covid, please worship from home the following Sunday.

  • If we have to cancel in-person worship, we will do our best to alert everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
